What is N'Joi Local?
N'Joi Local is the new way to shop small businesses and farmers. We connect you with nearby stores where you can schedule your own delivery time. You can download the N'Joi Local app for iOS or Android, or simply order your products through our website; both platforms are simple to use.
To start, choose your desired store and explore their products or use the search bar. Next, start adding products to your cart and complete your order. A courier will pick-up your products and deliver them to your door between your scheduled delivery time.
What stores are available in N'Joi Local?
We only partner with locally owned businesses. To see what stores are available to you, click on Shop Local button, view the Local Partners tab, or download our app.
What are the delivery/service fees?
There is a $4.99 delivery-fee on each order, that's it. We don't charge a service fee for customers or local stores.
Are there price markups?
No, we charge the same as in store. Please contact our support team if you find any discrepancies with our pricing.
Can I schedule my delivery?
Yes, you can schedule a preferred time slot for your order to be delivered (morning, afternoon, or evening).
What happens if a product I ordered is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, we will contact you about alternative products. You can approve a substitution or cancel the item. You will not be charged for cancelled items.
When will my order arrive?
You can schedule a time-slot that you would like it to be delivered. The delivery times available will vary based on each store and the time of day which you make the order.
What if there's a problem with my order?

Can changes and refunds be made?
If any of your products arrive in poor condition, you can access a refund or exchange. This applies to damaged or expired products. To request an exchange or refund, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you out.
Can someone else receive my order for me?
Yes, when confirming your order, tell us in the delivery instructions who will be receiving your order for you.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all credit and debit cards that are enabled for online payments. Cash is not accepted at this time.
Should I tip my courier?
We encourage you to add a tip at checkout. Our couriers get to keep 100% of their tips.
Are promotions and discounts from stores included?
We don't apply in-store promotions to our platform. You'll gain exclusive access to special promotions and offers on our platform.
How do I know the status of my order?
You'll receive two emails. The first is a confirmation for your order. The second is sent once your order is delivered. You're encouraged to leave feedback about your experience. Live tracking will be coming soon for your orders.
How quickly do my products come?
Deliveries can be scheduled for the same day, next day, or weekly depending on the store. Other factors include the type of products you're ordering and if your order is placed before the daily cut-off time.
